Unfortunately, he represents and organization whose policy is not tolerant to racism and anti-semitism; and that is why he lost his job and ruined his career. Timothy knew this when he signed up for a job as it was part of the agreement he signed. He is still free to communicate these ideas to Twitter, Facebook, or whatever social network he pleases.
